PELVIC MUSCLE PROGRAM FOR WEEK 2

DAY 1

Area 2: 3 x 72 Flex

DAY 2

Area 2: 3 x 72 Flex
Area 2: 1 x 21 5 seconds clench, 5 seconds relax
(Watch the video until you are instructed to stop)

DAY 3-5

Area 2: 3 x 72 Flex
Area 2: 3 x 21 5 seconds clench, 5 seconds relax

Sets 2 and 3 of the clenches include visualizations and suggestions in the background. When you perform pelvic muscle exercises you enter a hypnotic state that facilitates the “digestion” of suggestions in the subconscious mind.

DAY 6-7

In day 6 and 7 we will not do pelvic muscle training. It is important to let the pelvic muscles relax and rejuvenate.
